Arborside Preserve

No ever answer the phone or unlock the doors. I've went to the office different times through out the day still the same out come.

New update, this is most likely the most Crooked apt complex ever. 2 months and 24 days later, no deposit returned yet. This apt complex preys on the poor. Jacking up rent twice a year, (I have proof) and then keeping deposits. Stay away from Royal American, Arborside Preserve, welford place, welford crossing, all the same place with a dozen names to hide behind. Worst property managers ever. Update to review. *Finally moved, cleaned, inspected, 26 days later, no deposit returned yet. By law, they have fifteen days. Either an extremely greedy company, or just incompetent. I think it's both.* I have lived here for 11 months. Signed on at 750, went up to 875 in less than 2 months. Then in the 9th month, another increase was noted, to take effect in August to 970. That was redacted because it was the second in a year's time. Renewal is in Sept, to increase to 970.00, which I cannot afford. Not being able to afford this increase, I will be forced out along with many neighbors. While I write this, my neighbor is moving. I have requested to move to a lower income side of the Apt, but no answer as of yet. Arborside preserve, at this juncture, is not a secure place to live, not on a fixed income. The stress of a constant rising rent takes away any comfort one might feel in renting an income capped unit. And while it is "legal", it feels predatory. It makes me extremely sad, to see the suffering these increases bring. Just for a place to live. Signed, a decorated, service connected, disabled Veteran of a foreign war. CWF

New to the city because I moved for work and realized these was some very nice apartments. Had no problem with the application process. It was great until you actually start your lease . Move in on march 1st and my kitchen sink is still leaking as of today . These are the most nosiest apartments I ever came across. You hear everything above you down to the toilet flushing . Made several complaints at the very beginning of my lease just for them to be over looked and people start avoiding you. If you would like a little peace living in an apartment ,I highly don’t recommend this property.

I moved here two months ago I really really love it. Here Alicia Has been really helpful since I moved here and during the process of moving here and she’s been excellent everybody loves her. She is the best person that works in the office The neighborhood is really nice and very quiet whenever I’ve had a maintenance request. They resolve it pretty quickly The apartments are really nice and clean the neighborhood is well-kept my apartment is a lot bigger than I Expected it to be I really love it here Arborside has been a blessing, and Alicia has been wonderful. I highly recommend Arborside. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been here a month now and so far we love it! It’s quiet and peaceful and no drama or trouble ! We are extremely pleased with our decision to stop and check it out !
