Lovely layout and perfect for classes near campus. However utilities/internet are not included and rent continues to skyrocket. Also parking is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Yes Trimark offers a decal but more than likely you will not be able to park in front of your own apartment due to the number of couples renting in the complex (all lease signers receive a decal). You might also be forced to pay for a city decal as a result. If you want a more secure parking situation, please look elsewhere. Trimark has not considered a spot per apartment due to the lack of spots available. If you feel like fighting for parking, this is the place for you.
