Why every review is about the maintenance guy Miguel ? And if that many people is having the same issues with A/C or plumbing that mean this place isn’t a good place to live just affordable and spacious. The dirty walls is cringe and the fact you guys posted those photos is even more cringe. I can tell from the reviews and photos this place is unprofessional and not a place to call home just someone to live that’s affordable
