The leasing agent is so attentive. She will give you a call back and treated me like I was family. The units are a bit small if you are claustrophobic but with all renovations you might not notice the small space. If you lived in NYC you know what I mean. Still, nice vibe , nice area and not to far from the beach ⛱️

Property management does nothing. We have the most disrespectful neighbors living here. They play loud music late at night, have loud parties , it’s literally like living in the hood. We also had a shooting on the property the other night. The property is unsafe, all the doors on the building are unlocked for anyone to access, no security. Terrible place

Very unprofessional. My daughter and her boyfriend were inquiring about an apartment, asked what the requirements were and told GISELLE their situation. She said they accepted job offer letters and knew the boyfriend just opened up a new bank account and wouldn’t be able to provide bank statements being it was a new account but still told them to apply. So my daughter decided she wasn’t going to apply and lose $200 dollars being bank statements were a requirement and GISELLE literally flipped out on them in an unprofessional manner. Telling them “y’all look like you can’t afford this place anyways.” My daughter and her boyfriend are young but she has been at her job for 4 years and a full time med student and has a previous excellent rental reference. Regardless, none of that matters and no one should be treated and talked to like that just because they changed their mind. The restrictions to get approved for a place to live is outrageous and neither lower income nor higher class people like throwing away application fee money. Besides we all know establishments collect on application fees and pick and choose who they want while not caring who loses money. Definitely don’t recommend this place. Owner should evaluate Giselle because she is giving the company a very bad look stereotyping people.

GISELE wastes your time! She lies, posts the wrong pictures, makes you drive an hour to see the place, all of a sudden it’s hundreds more than the listed price, and a completely different model apartment. There was no kitchen, no walk in closet, no resemblance to the pictures advertised. Then, will attempt to make you feel weird for even clarifying. Awful business model. She posted this apartment on facebook marketplace, and after our meeting, she immediately blocked my account so I would not be able to review her on there. Do not rent here.
