⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve lived at The Queue for 5 years, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best places I’ve ever lived. A big part of that is the amazing team led by Community Manager Leraira Rosa. Everyone in the leasing office, maintenance, housekeeping, and the entire staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, they respond quickly, keep me updated, and make sure the issue is actually resolved. The building is always clean and well maintained. The lobby always looks beautiful, the pool and gym are spotless, the parking garage is clean, and the mail room is always organized. I also feel very safe living here, and I’ve never had any issues with my packages. Another thing I love is that The Queue is truly pet friendly. My dog is part of my family, and it’s nice to live in a community that welcomes pets and makes them feel at home too. What I appreciate most is how everyone treats you with respect. You never feel like you’re just another apartment number. They really make you feel at home. If you’re looking for a beautiful, safe, well-managed, and pet-friendly community with a team that truly cares, I highly recommend The Queue. Thank you to Leraira and the entire team for everything you do. It truly makes a difference.

The manager at the front desk, Leraia was incredibly helpful throughout the rental process. She was always available, answered every question promptly, and was consistently kind, professional, and welcoming. I can’t thank her enough for making the entire experience so easy and stress-free. I highly recommend!

Yashica, has been great throughout my entire moving process. I was new to the area and she has been extremely accommodating and helpful to make sure I am familiar with the area, and to help make my apartment comfortable. 5 stars to her!

I’ve been a resident of The Queue since 2021, and I must say that I’ve noticed positive changes since Leraia returned as the onsite manager. I missed the delightful fragrance that filled the hallways when I first moved in, and I’m delighted to report that it’s back, along with the resumption of social activities. It’s these small details that contribute to the positive living experience at The Queue. Leraia, keep up the excellent work, and thank you for bringing back the positive energy to our living space. I eagerly anticipate the arrival of more food trucks and exciting theme experiences.
