Beautiful apartments with nice finishes! Definitely a well managed team. Suhaley is super knowledgeable about the community and local area. She told great care of my client and I, showing us multiple apartments to ensure we found just the right one. Thank you all for your knowledge and assistance!

I waited a whole year to see how the experience of living at the Adderley will be before submitting this review. If I could go back in time and choose where to live, I would choose The Adderley all over again! The customer service here is exceptional, and the team has shown so much flexibility throughout my time living here. Special thanks to Crystal, Enrique, Swaheley, and the rest of the incredible team members whose names escape me—everyone has been fantastic. The maintenance team also deserves huge credit for being so prompt and dedicated. The amenities are truly top-tier. The pool is beautiful, the spacious sky lounge offers amazing views/vibes, and having a nice bowling alley right in the building is an incredible bonus! My only minor downside has been a few occurrences where multiple elevators were out of order, but to their credit, the team almost always gets them back up and running by the next day

the amenities and select staff have been a pleasure to deal with — an amazing 24 hr gym, great outdoor space with hammocks/dog park, a cool rooftop club house facing the skyline, a heated pool, quick maintenance response. But there have been some negatives about it as well. I got lucky to register two spots (no assigned parking) but they have a bad guest parking policy. Empty retail + empty top floor of garage, yet they charge you to park beyond 2hrs. Boils down to the building outsourcing parking enforcement with one of those predatory local companies like Astra and profession parking management. This isn’t downtown…People need a car to visit here. On the location aspect... I’m a Broward native so I know what I signed up for… but just know your area. One block you can be at Sistrunk Marketplace, but the other way and…. well… you’ll find out. - noise: you can pretty easily hear your neighbors, sucks when they have poorly-trained dogs barking a lot. Also, the garage constantly has a co2 alarm going off. Overall, if you’re trying to find a place near Ft Lauderdale this spot is aight, try to negotiate lease length. Opt for an outward facing unit (the inside courtyard was an echo chamber). Great for young people with plenty to do not far away.
