Set Point Apartments

Terrible place to live visiting my friend that lives at this property and this is the 2nd time the water has been shut off and the people are taking showers at the pool ( omg ) and collecting water in bucket for their apartments unfortunately I guess he’s gotten used to it since it always happens and his poor neighbors is going all the way to his family house in Miami just to shower the best part about living here I guess is the 2 people who keeps it clean around here very nice I would not recommend this property poor management

Terrible place to live there, they don't serve the parks, they fill up with water since it rains, they don't clean {and you pay for the maintenance}. The water is very expensive and there is no washing machine inside and you get the bill of some 100 dollars as if you were spending water all day and there was a pool because they have a trick.

His tech-savvy skills are outstanding; he possesses a remarkable ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and facilitate meaningful improvements.
