This community is often described as a beautifully maintained, peaceful, and secure waterfront oasis, offering resort-like amenities and a convenient location close to downtown, beaches, and the airport. Residents appreciate the tranquil atmosphere, scenic river views, and a strong sense of community, particularly for those who enjoy boating and an active lifestyle. However, some prospective residents have expressed concerns about the management's responsiveness, the community's welcoming attitude towards younger families and certain pets, and allegations of discriminatory behavior.

Just love living here. Minutes from I95, downtown Las Olas, and the beach. The airport is close too for when we need to travel. We have everything here. The management office is only open during the week, so it can be difficult to coordinate things. But they are pretty responsive to emails.

It is unfortunate that, even today, some communities continue to foster racist attitudes. Equally perplexing is a policy that excludes dogs altogether. Both reflect a remarkably outdated way of thinking.

I have lived here for years and really enjoy how much care is taken with its upkeep and presentation! The main office area has a large meeting area attached to it and many people in town use it for meetings as well as other classes, too.
