💯💐 Very-very nice, safe, gem of a community with lots of amenities & nearby venues for residents & guests! Our only pet-peeve is that it's gotten really very-expensive to maintain living here: very high HIA fees, Special Assessments, Property Tax, Prp'ty insurance... Etc ✨Then again... This is the situation in most decent neighborhoods here in sunny☀️ SoFlo!

Very peaceful and well maintained community! The Board is very helpful and responsive. Great place to live by the canal. 10 minutes from the Drive.
