I called and spoke to Jill about availability for affordable housing. There was no availability. However, she was very professional, patient, and answered all my questions. And she invited me to call her as many times as necessary to check on availability. Very pleasant experience.

We have been residents at Tarpon River for 9 months now. The property is always very well maintained, and we've yet to have a single issue since we moved in. The staff is very friendly and very willing to assist. In particular, Peter is absolutely fantastic, always smiling, eager to help, and an extreme pleasure to be around - I run into him just about every morning and he is always happy, conversational, and does a great job with any and all aspects of his profession. Jill is also a pleasure to be around, and is extremely on top of everything, which is very rare to find in a Property Manager in and around Fort Lauderdale. Rent is also very reasonable.

Pinnacle at Tarpon River is well kept, Jill does an extraordinary job at making sure all is kept up to date. She is always on top of all notices in regard to keeping us the residents informed of all. She is truly amazing as well as her Maintenance Staff Pedro. After all work orders are completed, she always follows up. I truly Recommend these apartments. Thank you to the Manager and Staff for all they do.

We've been providing services in the building since 2021 and have always received friendly treatment from management. We maintain a great relationship to this day. Jill and Pedro are very kind.🤗

I have been a resident for over 2 years now, it has been such a blessing to be able to live here. The building is very modern, well kept and in such a beautiful and safe location. All the staff are amazing and housekeeping always clean every single day, the landscaping is always kept clean and recycling is in order. The parking garage gate makes me feel safe and even visitor parking is available when I have family over. My favorite things about this place is having a kids playground on the property and having such amazing amenities with such amazing staff! I love you Pinnacle at Tarpon River Family!
