Lake Pointe Owners Association

Lake Pointe is a beautiful property, but the customer service is extremely disappointing. The apartments and surroundings look great, however management does not seem to care about their tenants. Maintenance requests are very inconvenient — they refuse to enter the unit to complete repairs unless you are physically home, even when written or verbal consent is given. This often forces tenants to take time off work just to have basic maintenance done. Staff are rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when concerns are raised. Because of the poor customer relations and lack of consideration for tenants, I would not recommend living here.

I’ve lived here in these condos for 5 years and I’d have to say it’s the safest place. Gated community with security that patrols hourly! The cleanest pools and well maintained buildings, manicured lawns and outdoor space. I couldn’t be happier and hope to stay for a while!

Great place to be, or call home. Plenty of wild life on and around lake.
