Stephanie and her team are amazing. They are professional and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend this complex.

Ms.Miranda was the best she was understanding she was human first she always worked with you every one is struggling times is hard Ms Miranda understood that Stephanie have 0 understanding what so ever when they first got in the office I was late on my rent I explained to ms Miranda right before she left she told me no problem it’s fine just know that I’ll still get a late fee which I knew that soon as Stephanie came in she Called me saying that I had 24hrs to pay my rent & I told her I get paid in 2 days she still didn’t wanna hear it she proceeded to say if I don’t pay then they gonna send everything to the courts & ill have to pay court fees By ect I truly feel like this woman wants to see certain people homeless & I am most definitely 1 of them she will never understand nothing I will never understand why these type of women are always put in these type of positions I know that I have been late a number of times I always pay my late fees I’m human she gives until the 8th after the first if nothing is not paid she is starting the eviction process … and please note that after this review if she starts coming for me I’m going the take this straight to management because I am doing nothing wrong but speaking my mind that will be considered retaliation

The change in management from Miranda to the Stephanie was the worst. She and her team collected ALL my documents for my renewal and then became unresponsive. They then breached the lease and told me that I had to move less than 60 days before my lease was up because my “file was out of compliance” my information from the previous year was identical and no matter how many times I asked SHE NEVER EXPLAINED WHY IT WAS OUT OF COMPLIANCE. What happened though was random inspections. It was only once i threatened to get a lawyer and told them that i was moving that she responded 17 days before my move out date that I was magically approved to be able to stay. I was charged early termination fees even though they violated the lease agreement. To couple that with the fact that the office is frequently closed throughout the day and the property manager is outside on the phone with a closed office. They are horrible.

I had the best experience applying & moving into this apartment complex. Stephanie & Cynthia were such a big help, and very informative about the whole process. They made sure everything was properly working & completed things in a timely manner. 10/10 . A beautiful, and well kept community. I love it already!!

Under the recent management at Laguna Pointe, my personal experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The maintenance team's responsiveness and dedication have truly transformed the quality of living in the community. With repairs being addressed swiftly and effectively, I've been able to enjoy a worry-free and comfortable environment, making me appreciate my time at Laguna Pointe even more.
