They make a fuss about absolutely everything. Tow trucks take the cars of honest, hardworking people, but there are shootings inside buildings where we're trying to relax with our children. They lock down buildings while they're checking crime scenes, and we have to wait in our cars with sleeping kids. And they don't bother checking the records of people who come to live here. They send eviction notices and file paperwork for every penny, but there's no security.

The worst place to live… The complex is infested with cockroaches, the smell of marijuana in the hallways and children's areas is awful, the buildings are always dirty and smell of urine, and the elevators are in terrible condition. No matter how often they clean the bathrooms, they always get clogged, and I have dampness in my apartment. My cars have been towed four times because the main portal doesn't work, and they have another website attached, claiming it's because the main portal is broken and it has to be done through a different channel. The staff is terrible; they are rude, yelled at me very loudly, and behaved aggressively when I complained about my car. The administrator always has an arrogant and haughty attitude; he doesn't know how to manage anything, and they don't take responsibility for what happens to cars inside the complex. They are never clear with the information they provide; in fact, he didn't even know how to park the car through the main portal when he showed us how. I've had the worst experience in this place, not to mention the constant construction and the noise from the machinery replacing the floors starting at 7 am. If you're looking for a safe and quiet place to live, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE HOSPITALITY. TERRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX. If you are thinking about moving here don’t waste your time. BOTTOM OF THE BARREL. literally.

I've had a terrible experience with these apartments. I've followed all the rules and regulations provided by Mr. Miguel to the letter, but we've only been here for three months and they've already towed our cars, claiming they didn't have license plates. When you go to register the vehicles in person with the apartment manager, and then later ask him for help getting the cars out of the impound lot, he's completely useless. It seems all the staff works with the same towing company, which is illegal. They remove the license plates from the cars so they can tow them away, and to top it all off, I haven't even had my van for 15 days and those jerks returned it with the back end damaged, But this time I'm not going to let what they did go unpunished; I'm taking them to court.
