Gallery at FAT Village

This building is very nice. Convenient location close to downtown/las olas and many other stores and restaurants and beaches. There are some pros and cons. Pros: 1. The staff are great. From leasing to maintenance and management, everyone is kind attentive and helpful. 2. The pool is heated but still feels good ! Hate getting in a pool that feels like a jacuzzi. 3. The amenities are great. The gym is 24/7, pool is open until sunset, club house is open until 10 pm coworking spaces 24/7. 4. The grilling area is kept clean. Although we can use more seating. Cons: 1. Lianner Otero was extremely rude & misinformed me about floor plans/availability. She claimed it was impossible to show me all floor plans available & didn’t have the correct ones drawn out. She also misinformed me about the sq ft & models with a walk-in closets. She didn’t answer calls or texts promptly. On move-in day, nothing was prepared and the pet fee/deposit wasn’t taken off although I provided my docs for my service animal. I wasn’t told the amount or form of payment for my first months rent I had to go out and grab the money order while my file was being corrected. The other staff had to process and correct my file before I was able to move in. 2. There’s only one intercom at the main entrance, so deliveries must walk around the corner to access the building from parking garage. 3. The concierge/front desk is only available after 8 pm, so I have to stop working for deliveries up until then. The intercom doesn’t work for the elevators contrary to what I was told & like my last building.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about living at Gallery at Fat Village. I’ve been here since around October, and from the beginning I’ve felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The management team has been amazing, and I especially want to thank Amber and Grace. They have always been incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. They treat residents like actual people, not just apartment numbers, and that makes a huge difference. To be completely honest, they’ve helped me out more times than I can count, and I’m really grateful for that. Over time we’ve built a great relationship, and it’s one of the reasons I enjoy living here so much. The building itself is beautiful. The apartments have amazing finishes, everything feels modern and well maintained, and the whole community has a vibe that makes you feel like you’re living somewhere special. Sometimes I forget I’m even in Fort Lauderdale because the atmosphere feels completely different. My favorite part by far is the view from my apartment at night. No picture can really do it justice. Every time I look out the window, I’m reminded why I chose this place. It’s honestly one of the best views I’ve had since living in this city. A lot of apartment buildings look great online, but what really matters is how you’re treated after you move in. For me, that’s where Gallery at Fat Village stands out. The staff truly cares, and that has made all the difference. Thank you Amber, Grace, and the entire team for everything you do. You guys are awesome.

Avoid living here at all costs and I most definitely will be reporting this property to HUD. The management is absolutely awful and everyone that lives here in the affordable housing is friends and the employees are friends of the property manager. They never fix anything and anytime you mention something it’s like no one wants to work in the place.

Just moved in about three weeks ago and the pace is great. Amazing location and the leasing agents have been nothing but helpful and accommodation.

Grace is always professional, attentive, and dedicated to helping residents. The leasing team is friendly, welcoming, and makes every interaction smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team is responsive, efficient, and does a great job keeping the community in excellent condition. Thank you all for your hard work and commitment to making Gallery at FAT Village a wonderful place to call home.
