I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel future tenants deserve to know about my experience. I moved out on November 3, 2025, after submitting my notice to vacate and providing a forwarding address. I was also told in writing that if there were no balances or damages, I would have no problem receiving my security deposit back. Since moving out, I have spent nearly nine months repeatedly following up about my security deposit. My emails went unanswered for months, and the only voicemail I received was so vague that it never mentioned my security deposit or explained the purpose of the call. It wasn’t until much later that I was told a check had supposedly been issued and now needed to be reissued. Even after providing the information they requested and asking for updates, management once again stopped responding to my emails. On top of that, every time I call the office, my calls go unanswered, making it nearly impossible to get any information or assistance. If you decide to rent here, keep copies of every document, save every email, take photos during move-out, and document every interaction with management. You may need those records later. I truly hope no future resident has to go through the same experience I have.

I’ve had a different experience living here. In my time at the community, I haven’t had major issues with excessive noise or disruptive neighbors. Maintenance has addressed my requests, and I’ve seen effort from the staff to keep the property maintained. No apartment community is perfect, but based on my experience, it has been a decent place to live.

This looks like a mechanic's workshop in the parking lot.🤔🤔🫣🫣 Dogs off-leash continue to roam unchecked.😡😡 People have absolutely no respect for the rules. It is truly sad that a complex like this has been ruined by people like these—people who just do whatever they please😡😡—and that management does absolutely nothing about it.??? It's great that they fixed the entrance gate. But the resident and visitor entrance is open more often than not. 🤔🤔🤔 ************************************** I must say that it is a good place to live, but this property is the one with the gate always open. Meanwhile,. Vehicles blocking the entrance to the gate waiting for someone to open it and allow them to enter. The management team needs to do a much better job of managing areas of the property...they all reside in this complex and nothing happens. If you make a report about something unusual that happens, there is no privacy??? because they give the name of the person who made the report. Customer service number for nothing because you leave a message and nothing ever happens or you don't receive a response.

I've lived here for two years, and at first glance, the place seems peaceful, but if you have young children, this isn't the best place for your family. I'll try to be concise about the pros and cons of this property; I hope it helps someone! Pros: - The maintenance team provides adequate service, though some members are a bit rude, which is understandable. Cons: - The management is terrible. They treat you with absolutely no respect, never offer solutions, and if they can, they make things difficult for you. They neglect your documents and lose them, and much more. - It claims to be a smoke-free community, which is completely false! In the building where I live, there's an unbearable smell of marijuana, and people are smoking in the stairwell... - If you complain about things like excessively loud music, aggressive neighbors, neighbors throwing trash or animal waste down to the floors below, or residents with handguns and long guns in the parking lot and common areas, etc., they don't help you! They'll just tell you to send an email with the details, and that's just for record-keeping purposes, or to call the police, but the administration does NOTHING! In conclusion, if you're single, enjoy a risky lifestyle, and like smoking, this is the community for you.
