You pull up to the box to put the visitors code in and you see a big green thing that says door unlocked so you proceed your proceed and once you get to the gate now that thing closes on you. Asinine system.

This rating is for move out and follow up communication. I terminated my lease and moved out on June 5th 2026. I was advised that a walk through would not be necessary. Imagine my surprise when Blys keep nearly all of my $500.00 security deposit for minor cleaning that I missed and a hole that was not patched to their satisfaction. I reached out to the district manager Sara Henderson and quickly received an automated response but as of today, July 23rd I have not received any follow up communication. I would advise anyone terminating their lease to demand a walk through and getting it signed off like the way they make us sign off on move in.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Blyss Wilton Manors. The community is well maintained, and the management team is always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to AJ, who consistently goes above and beyond to resolve any issues quickly and make sure residents are taken care of. His commitment and responsiveness truly make a difference.

Just moved into BLYS. I worked with Brittanie. She is AMAZING. I love the community and the apartment I chose. Come see her and join the community.

If I could give it a zero I would. Don’t do it. Propert management is not good. Broken gates, unclean and unkept, non responsive, combative and more than anything they won’t deal with emergency alarm issues. Repeated attempts to get issues resolved and simply dismissed. Read the reviews! And yes, you can hear your neighbors, all the time, from TV to bedroom time. It’s a disaster.
