I lived in Bella Vista when it first opened, and it used to be a fantastic place to live. Once the current management took over, everything went downhill fast.They don’t answer the phone, the hallways and community areas are always filthy, and the staff act like helping residents is an inconvenience. Maintenance is a joke, everytime it took them four months to fix one issue in my unit.This is easily the worst management team I’ve ever dealt with. I wouldn’t recommend Bella Vista to anyone, even if the rent was free. Moving out was the best decision I made.

We’ve been staying here for a couple years and Marc, our maintenance, has helped us multiple times and he always does a great job. Yesterday he came and fixed our trash chute and our dryer. Thank you Marc!
