Ava is really great. Great conversation as if we were friends, for a while at that. Showed me all the units that would be perfect for my boyfriend & I. I would recommend EVERYONE who looking for a home to her. She is perfect with a beautiful personality. 1000/10 recommendation.

From the very beginning of my leasing process at ARIUM Cypress Lakes, Ava Lee was nothing short of amazing. At the time, I was dealing with an overwhelming season in my life while also working with a third party company and an insurance company during the process. I had so many questions, worries, and moments where I honestly felt like giving up. No matter how many times I called the leasing office, sometimes asking the same questions over and over, Ava always answered with patience, kindness, and reassurance. She consistently reminded me that everything would work out, kept me updated on my file, explained every step of the move in process, and made sure I understood what to expect. One of the biggest moments for me was realizing I had lost my ID right when I needed it for the background check process. I called Ava completely stressed, and instead of making me feel worse, she immediately showed compassion and genuinely tried to help me figure things out. My only option was making a last minute trip to the DMV, and throughout the entire day Ava checked on me, encouraged me, and even waited to walk me through the remaining steps once I received my new ID. Even after I got the ID, there were still unexpected issues with fees and delays involving the third party company. Ava stayed on top of everything, communicating with me and the company, keeping me informed by phone and email, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. By the evening, everything had finally been submitted, and on 4/15 I began receiving my welcome emails and next steps. What truly stood out to me was that Ava never made me feel like “just another resident.” She genuinely cared. Even on the day I picked up my keys, she told me, “I haven’t even eaten lunch yet, but I’ll wait for you so I can give you a tour and go over everything with you.” That meant so much to me. She took her time showing my family and me around, explained the amenities, allowed us to take pictures and videos, and made us feel welcomed and comfortable during a very emotional and stressful time in our lives. In one of the hardest and most overwhelming seasons my family and I have faced, Ava showed up with patience, grace, compassion, and professionalism. She had no idea what we were personally dealing with, yet she treated us with so much care and understanding. Genuine, kind hearted people like her are rare these days. Because of Ava, what could have been an extremely stressful experience became smooth, comforting, and hopeful. My family and I have now been here for almost two weeks, and her kindness has not changed one bit. I will never forget my first interaction with her, and I will forever be grateful for Ava Lee. ARIUM Cypress Lakes is truly blessed to have someone like her representing their community.

Living in arium has been a really good experience overall and I’ve enjoyed being part of the community. One thing I would love to see improved is the pool having a heater, because even during the summertime the pool can still feel extremely cold. I’d also appreciate a little more consideration regarding noise levels at times, mainly during some early morning weekends or later at night. It’s definitely NOT an all-the-time issue, but occasionally there can be loud speaking outside and car music playing pretty loudly. I completely understand everyone wants to enjoy themselves, but a little consideration for neighbors trying to relax would be appreciated. Other than that, it’s been a positive experience overall. The people working at the clubhouse are always very sweet and kind. Anytime there has been an issue in the home and a work order was put in, maintenance has always come the same day, which is definitely something to appreciate.

Very good comunity. Answer very quick when you open a ticket to fix issues. Staff is very professional and courteous. Love the place. Been resident for over 3 years and just renewed my lease contract

Ava is by far the best leasing officer I’ve come across over the years, she’s very welcoming and attentive, made sure that I was satisfied with my apartment, gave me supporting documents to help me to get use to the environment since I relocated to this new state. She’s very hands on, checks in very regularly throughout the moving process, making sure that everything was smooth sailing. Her personality is also top tier and we definitely need more persons with similar attitudes like hers in these fields. Thank you so much Ava, will definitely be recommending you.
