1. My apartment ceiling is leaking. How is that even possible when I’m on the third floor? 2. I’ve lived here for 9 months and still have a moldy dishwasher. 3. The sliding door is extremely difficult to open and close. It’s a safety hazard. 4. The floors always smell like urine and are disgusting. 5. The garbage chute is constantly full, making the entire floor smell terrible. 6. I had to do my own pest control because the apartment had ants and roaches. 7. I still don’t have a clothing rod in my closets to hang my clothes. 8. My daughter’s room has no blinds, and there isn’t even a bracket installed to hang them. 9. I had to fix my own toilet because maintenance is ineffective and never seems to resolve issues properly. 10. Residents are paying for amenities, but the pool has never been open during the 9 months I’ve lived here. The building is supposed to require code entry, yet anyone can walk in. The property is also supposed to be gated, but the gates are broken. 11. They decided to increase my rent by $216 while failing to address ongoing maintenance issues. 12. The office staff is rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant to deal with. If you’re considering moving here, take it from a current tenant: RUN. 🚩🏃🏾♀️💨

At the Oakland Park site, Now Leasing Signs everywhere, pay the $85 application fee first, but see nothing because no unit available to tour, application must be filed out on site so limited time to think. Three people were inside, but no one answer the directory for a black couple seeking service. They finally got in while someone else was leaving. When finally got in, staff homogeneity no one with background to understand majority of those living this area. Mean faces, sitting for 15+ mins until someone ask how we can help you, one mean lady pretended to work while giving her full attention to a able young man filling out an application, her assistance clearly was not necessary but pretended just to deny someone else attention, clear lack of professionalism or empathy.

I had an excellent experience working with Henry from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right place. Henry took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and matched me with options that were exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive leasing experience.

Recently visited this property while looking for an apt., I was recommended by a friend who lives there. Place looks spacious what I loved the most is the balcony view. Staff was very professional and answer my concerns. Leasing Agent Litardo was very persuasive. the tour was great. Def will be one of my option for my future apt.

Terrible apartment complex, stayed there for eight years, hallways stink , The gate is always broken the front door the of complex is always broken and the back door they have a roach infestation, instead of parking in the parking lot people park in the fire lane management wants to come in your apartment once a week to check your porch and to look around for some reason, maintance is always short of staff so nothing gets done. We had a broken refrigerator and we had to wait three weeks to get a used refrigerator that came with roaches. our neighbor moved out because she had mold and a week later they moved somebody else into the apartment, if you don’t believe what I’m saying, go see for yourself gate is always open
