Lived here a few years ago, had to move out as soon as first lease was up, as literally 5+ other neighbors (that I actually knew) had to as well. Rent did not go up just a small or nominal fee, but something like nearly double. Who in the world can go from paying over $2,000 to over $3,500-4000 in a matter of 1 renewal lease, which is why turnover is so high, I had new neighbors literally all year around. You see them when they or yourself move in, and move out. Says a lot about this community that this is a transient community where people can afford the first year and after lambasted with 75% increase in rent the 2nd year forcing you to move, even tho you don't or want to. I understand rent control isn't a thing in this area, but give me a break, when does any job virtually double your annual salary to keep up with renewal lease increase?....Like never. Hence why people move in, stay 1 lease term, and LITERALLY can not afford to renew, on top them claiming they have you re-apply, credit check, application fee.....even if your rent was NEVER late and paid on top for every single month you lived there. Everything they do is an insult or some penalty fee, with a smile on their face. Add that to having my own car booted by a private company, having to pay a fee, for the mere 1 single time a guest needed to park at my garage spot. This place gives me some happiness---- that I'm out of this money trap with fee after fee after penalty, treating you as a $ sign, and not a cherished tenant. Besides, they refuse to remodel the place from the decor finishes, door handles, appliances (everything) from 25 years ago. Talk about a time warp.

What a great experience! Carson greeted us as soon as we arrived. Carson was so informative and helpful and provided great information; hopefully, our preferred floor plan will be available when it is time for us to move. Carson was WONDERFUL! Thank you, Carson Cummings! You were amazing.

We went for a tour as we consider moving to the property. Michael gave us the tour. He was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable of the community. The property is beautiful and the townhouse we were looking at were well designed and “ticked” all our boxes. We were added to a wait list and we hope to make ANKR our next home. Thank you Michael.

I’m in the process of moving in and these guys have been awesome helping me out with many different things. Great place to live.
