I’ve requested for bathtub repair 5 times and still is not usable. A health hazard to my 1 year old. They declined my request for a hotel accommodation during a 24 hour repair and offered for me to spend 8 hours in the clubhouse and use a vacant apartment for showers. How disrespectful! Mold in vents not remedied correctly either. Management goes the cheap route and tenants have to pay with time wasted and health concerns. maintenance enters home and leaves everything dirty or worse, gym smells like toxic frangrances to cover up mold infestation, entire ground are covered in dog shit and flies and the basketball court is not usable. Far from “luxury “ and no place to raise a baby.
