Nice quiet neighborhood. The houses are very spacious, it’s been a pleasure being a part of this neighborhood so far. 100% recommended!

The neighborhood is in perfect condition. Neighborhood is quiet. The homes are simple and clean but have so much space and has an amazing middle ground between high scale but affordable. All new appliances! Company is responsive and maintance lives on site! I love this place. It's worth the extra few hundred. If you're debating due to a few hundred bucks extra. Just do it. This place is worth it. I promise! Tell John you saw my ad review so he gets credit too. Man works his butt off for this company and is an amazing manager. He also spends time on the lot though he lives in Mount Dora. I am just so happy and excited to say I live here !

Nice neighborhood, very quiet. All the homes are brand new. You are a minute away from Walmart. The only kinda negative thing is no red light to get out on 17. At the time of this post, Google Maps will take you to Walmart instead of the Beacon. All carriers/ deliver drivers take note. It has been reported to Google.
