I love living at the Viva at NSB, especially because of Hayden! He is always willing to go above and beyond for the community like pulling weeds in our backyards and stocking energy drinks in the gym.

So far my experience here has been amazing, if I do have maintenance issues they show up immediately the next Buisness day. It’s a very well maintained property and nice place to live.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
