I love living at the Viva at NSB, especially because of Hayden! He is always willing to go above and beyond for the community like pulling weeds in our backyards and stocking energy drinks in the gym.

So far my experience here has been amazing, if I do have maintenance issues they show up immediately the next Buisness day. It’s a very well maintained property and nice place to live.

I had an outstanding experience working with Hayden at Viva in New Smyrna Beach. From start to finish, he was incredibly patient and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his responsiveness and attention to detail—he was always quick to follow up and kept me informed every step of the way. Because of Hayden, I was able to secure my new apartment at Viva. If you are considering Viva, I highly recommend working with Hayden if you’re considering Viva—he truly goes above and beyond!
