This place does things incredibly illegally, and thinks because they’re a government sanctioned apartment complex, that they can get it away with certain things, and they can’t. Several legal complaints have been filed against this complex, and against the people who run it. If you try to complain to corporate about anything, they deadline you or simply refuse to help you with any maintenance issues you have at your apartment. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially because they’re deleting reviews that don’t fit their sick narrative. They take advantage of people who need a safe living environment, and need the space for their families bc they hace no other choice. They will steal your security deposit with any excuse they can come up with, and refuse to work with the law when they’ve been caught red handed doing the same thing to several individuals and families who have lived here in the past couple of years. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Times are tough and it is not worth making it 10 times worse. There are several very clean and nice communities in this area that will welcome you without making you feel like you have to perform circus tricks for them to treat you like a human being.
