Yesterday, I arrived at the leasing office at 5:30 p.m., while the posted closing time was 6:00 p.m. I clearly explained that I was traveling the following day and needed to see the apartment that evening. The employee who welcomed me was helpful and gave me a floor plan and a brief explanation. However, the manager laughed and told her, “Look, a storm is coming,” apparently as an excuse to rush me out without showing me the apartment. There was no rain outside; it was only cloudy. I spent less than five minutes in the office. By 5:40 p.m., the entire staff had left, with some leaving before me. I then visited the neighboring apartment communities, where I was properly welcomed and shown their available apartments. The property itself is attractive, but the manager’s attempt to act clever and sarcastic only made her appear silly, immature, foolish, and extremely unprofessional. It is easy to understand why this older community appears to have more vacant units than the surrounding properties. My advice to the owner is to hire more professional employees, or the property will continue losing potential residents. Most renters in this area are students and members of Gen Z. They recognize dismissive behavior and obvious excuses and will simply choose another community.

I’ve had such a great experience living here, and I especially want to recognize Ashley and Tamar in the leasing office. Ashley has been here and helped me from the very beginning when I first moved in, and every time I’ve had a question, concern, or issue, she has always been so kind, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help me. She truly makes you feel heard and valued as a resident. Tamar has also been incredibly helpful and welcoming whenever I’ve needed assistance. Both of them are always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about helping the residents. Having people like Ashley and Tamar in the leasing office makes such a difference and is a big part of why I’ve had such a positive experience living here. They are both amazing at what they do, have turned this place around and deserve to be recognized for it!

My experience living here for 15 months was incredibly frustrating. Marked by broken amenities and poor management conduct. First, community infrastructure is consistently neglected. The security gates never worked once during our entire lease, despite promises otherwise. Furthermore, constant electrical issues left us without electricity during peak heat hours, and key fobs for the gym and pool are highly unreliable. The "dog park" is also poorly maintained, consisting of an uneven field with large holes and no shade. I’d sit in my car to let my dog use it just to have some reprieve from the sun. The units themselves are remarkably small and dark for the premium $2k monthly price tag. When looking at neighboring properties in the area, you can easily find larger layouts with functional, professional management and screened patios for nearly the same cost. While the maintenance crew works hard and does their best with what they are given, the front office management lacks professional conduct and shows no sincere regard resident concerns. Communication is incredibly dismissive, and basic resident interactions are handled with unwarranted animosity. I strongly advise prospective renters to look for an apartment that doesn’t have almost the exact same response for every bad review. Instead, for what you pay here you are likely to find something comparable in price that’s more robust in the area. Also, how can I stop by the office as their automated response bot suggested, but as other tenant reviews cite, they close early most days to save on payroll? (My assumption.) This combined with never seeing cars in front of the leasing office leads me to believe this property is struggling financially and as a seasoned renter, I’d not have looked twice at this place if I hadn’t moved in the same month this property opened its doors. I’d say you get what you pay for, but this place is overpriced for what they offer for the units and the experience you have dealing with the staff at the office. Update 7/3/2026 Due to ongoing issues with The Bradley refusing to refund our deposit, document EVERYTHING during move out in case they attempt to keep your deposit. I have also reported them to the CFPB because they also sent a balance to a debt collector without proving it was valid first despite us asking. Many places around here are capable of doing their jobs and taking your money at the same time. This isn’t one of them. We just moved to Atlantica Daytona which is about a mile away, it’s much better in my opinion. ☺️🐕 (This post is all matter of personal opinion) 🩵

The property is nice from the outside. It is nice in the inside as well but it has been difficult getting in touch with someone about anything. I’m used to apartments where they don’t really brush you off a lot and try to get as much details as possible. One the key for our mailbox doesn’t work moved from TN TO FL and I do understand that is is hard to get someone in there to help the other lady who’s always in there by herself but still… all these places being built around but no help makes no sense and only frustrates the people living here. Also I’ve only been here for 3 days I just submitted a request for maintenance but I have a HUGE ant infestation in my closet due to the foundation on the ground having huge gaps which is more of the construction workers but still. With me being on the ground floor I tried to give it a benefit of the doubt but now it’s just not good. Also I am used to having record/proof of rent. We were given a 10 week special and the portal shows the concession has been removed I went to ask about it and she said August is covered well 10 weeks is 2 months and some change so August, September and a little of October should be covered but I need proof showing they have that I don’t go from word of mouth. But each time we go up there they are closed 2-3 hours early with 6 people standing outside. Hopefully this can get better because it’s making the move hard to enjoy… update we are in building 3 and the lights randomly turned off. Went to the reviews and saw a month ago this lady stated she also lived in building 3 and had electrical issues. This is honestly becoming a nightmare and not good at all. And doubt getting a transfer to a different building/apartment will even be worth it because it’s giving it’s a deeper issue… definitely starting to regret choosing this community🫠.

Ashley is by far the best leasing agent I have ever had at any apartment complex. When you come to her with a problem, you can tell she cares and wants to help. She has always fixed anything I needed help with, and is truly a very caring and honest person. She is sweet and kind, and you can tell she genuinely wants to help and cares about the well being of her residents and the complex. I have lived at the Bradley for over a year now. Maintenance is also great, Jovi is very kind and attentive. My fire alarm went off and he was there within 30 minutes of receiving the order. The community and well kept up and quiet. When I first moved to Daytona I was worried about the safety of the complex but I have never had any issues and I feel safe here. Ashley has truly made my experience memorable and she is the whole reason why I continue living at the Bradley.
