The manager was pretty rude - my daughter bought a toy and wanted to exchange for a different one literally 1 minute later - she refused and said there were no refunds - which I did not see posted anywhere in the store - but the way the said it was really rude - she made my 7 year old cry- completely unnecessary. We were all being very polite.
