Sea Coast Condominium

Loved this place. Great for a beach vacation. Easy private beach access and wonderful swimming pool. Nice location away from the busy area but close to restaurants and a very convenient shopping area within walking distance.

Sea Coast Gardens III is the absolute best. We are in 302 and cannot be happier. Best 4th of July in years!! Love it here. Been coming since 1976 with a 20 year hiatus for military service. Stayed at Holiday Cove North for 20 years prior. Still love it there but love it here too!

As much as I hate to expound upon the secret that is New Smyrna Beach, I can’t let such a good thing go on without my 5 stars. We’ve had 4 generations of my family stay at Sea Coast over the last 3 decades. It’s nostalgic and timeless for us, and we are eager to share the creation of those memories with our children. The condominium is located across from a DG Market which is incredibly convenient. There is also a fantastic ice cream place and a wonderful little breakfast joint. As far as Sea Coast goes, everything is clean and well taken care of. The grounds are always impeccable, the pools are clean, the showers coming in from the beach are clean and work well. We stayed in unit 112 last week and it was just right for our little family - well equipped and comfortable for the moments you have to come in for a break with the kiddos. Management is super friendly and accommodating, and someone is there every day of the week. You can see they take pride in the establishment, and it truly feels like a home away from home. We’ve already booked for next year. Don’t tell anyone but New Smyrna Beach is Florida’s best kept secret.

Staying here at Sea Coast Condominium 1 has been the most wonderful experience. My wife and I have been vacationing in New Smyrna Beach for 5 years and having stayed at 5 different locations, Sea Coast is by far the best experience we have had. Under Johns’ leadership, he and his team including Joey, Greg and Terry provide world class service. (I’m sure there are others that I haven’t formally met but contribute) The property is meticulously maintained, the pool crystal clean, the entertainment so much fun and the welcoming friendly guests truly make this a special hidden jewel. The location is amazing and sits directly on the beach with gated security access. There are always plenty of chairs to sit by the pool or on the beach deck, and the weekly special events are so very much appreciated and fun. Just to mention a few activities the team provided to guests staying here included a bonfire on the beach with S Mores, weekly happy hour, weekly coffee and donuts, Live music (Kevin was Great) and the Sea Coast Soiree party with great music, beer, wine, etc. and the most delicious homemade food prepared by Linda. I could go on and on about our wonderful experience. In summary, we will be back and I give Sea Coast, John and his entire team a 5+++. The Hospitality and Customer Service industry seems to be failing when it counts most and John and his team are shining examples on how it should be done. Thank you Sea Coast Team!

Everyone is warm and friendly and the workers bend over backwards to make your stay most enjoyable. The grounds are meticulously kept, pool and deck chairs are cleaned daily and elevators are always clean.
