Sanctuary at West Port

Just moved in and I love it! All the staff are amazing and Audry just helped my best friend get her place too!

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING HERE! Ms. Audry is absolutely WONDERFUL! There are not enough kind words to describe her willingness to be helpful and her professional demeanor. She made the entire move in process very simple (despite my anxious self having 3,000 questions bc renting in FL is VERY different than renting in NY). Ms. Kim has the patience of a saint having assisted my not so techy self with setting up my internet (Thank you!). Ms. MJ was so kind and took the time needed to help me to make my payment by check and walk me thru setting up my online bank account so I no longer have to worry about my paper checks (bc im low-techy LOLL). Ms. Cassidy is always so sweet and kind with the biggest smile on her face and is so willing to help with absolutely anything when she sees me walk thru the door. The entire staff is ALWAYS kind, polite, respectful, and helpful, which gives me so much peace. :) The maintenance team is INCREDIBLE! The grounds and the buildings are beautifully maintained. This community has a dedicated housekeeper and she is AMAZING at what she does. There is not a day that goes by that I dont see the golf carts driving by on their way to fix, clean, or maintain this property. Mr. Tim is very polite, respectful, and hard working. Just speaking with him, you know he has a wealth of knowledge and is fully capable of fixing anything in need. I have lived in FL for 3 years now and this is the first community I have lived in that ACTUALLY feels like a true old-school NYC neighborhood community. My husband and I spoke to a resident and her mom on our way out after our tour and they were more than happy to talk to us (for quite some time) about the community and what its like to live here. That really made the difference and made us comfortable with selecting this community to be our new home. <3 Overall, the residents in this community are very kind and respectful of each other. There are many residents that work for the sheriff's dept or city police and it is a very safe place to live. This community is very peaceful and quiet. We are so glad to have stumbled upon this place on a Sunday afternoon & to have been met with Ms. Audry's smiling face. :)

I’ve had such a great experience living here, a huge part of that is thanks to Audry. She is always polite and attentive to any questions or concerns.

We love living at Sanctuary At West Port from the amenities to the leasing staff and the kind neighbors that we call friends. It has been nothing but enjoyable. We love the backyard along the conserved tree-lined land with the beautiful nature sounds and nice walking area along the lake. Definitely recommend touring here and leasing an apartment thank you to all the lovely staff, maintenance, and team at Sanctuary At West Port. 🫶🏼

Great place to live. The apartments are spacious and modern. The office staff are professional and friendly. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently .
