I wouldn't mind moving to Daytona Jacksonville is home though I can literally be me and not all picture perfect and I can be wild LMAO

The property is great & very well kept. I had a great experience, especially with Maria. Even though she was extremely busy and clearly juggling a lot & had a line out the door. she still took the time to be helpful and attentive. She was handling everything like an absolute rockstar and still managed to provide excellent customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the property. Definitely a great experience!

- The “special” is misleading. You either pay $400 more per month or sign for 15 months to get the original rate. - The manager needs to be more humble and remember that she is just making $25 an hour managing someone else’s property. - They never replied emails.

Coming to this apartment complex was a great experience. Maria Helbig was a big help with providing information and making us feel seen as potential residents. If your looking for a great place to stay with great amenities attached, I HIGHLY recommend Sanctuary at DayTona and ask for Maria 🤗 She’s amazing

Matt was absolutely wonderful! We called on a Friday afternoon, and he came out right away to fix our air conditioning. He was professional, courteous, and incredibly kind from the moment he arrived. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and had our AC running again in no time. It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also so warm and respectful. Thank you, Matt, for your outstanding service, we truly appreciate you!
