I absolutely love living here. Its such a quiet atmosphere and the neighbors are nice. Donna at the office is amazing and the maintence staff is very friendly and quick to fix things.

Donna, the property manager, is exemplary from day one! Carlos from maintenance is also quick to respond to even the simplest of requests!

Without a doubt, I have received the most absolute best service at this apartment complex. I have lived here the past two years and Donna, the office manager, has been one of the most amazing managers I’ve come across. I have dealt with many apartment complexes and had to deal with much frustration from past managers who really didn’t care and lack of communication but I can say without a doubt Countryside Apts has been the best experience ever. If you’re looking for the best of Port Orange but not having to pay an arm and a leg for it this is by far the best Apartment complex to rent from with the greatest experience from a manager, that cares. Don’t want to downplay the maintenance team because they have been helpful and great too.
