If I could give one star I would ! DO NOT APPLY to this place they will tell you you’re approved and say we will let you know a move in date and string you along after accepting the holding fees and application fee just to deny you after stating their computers were down for over a month ! They are highly unprofessional and you’ll be homeless by the end of the process. My kids were so excited and had things for their rooms picked out just for us to have to let them down like this office did !!! Don’t even bother applying because you’ll go through the same thing I promise you !

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! FULL OF COCKROACHES!! I had over 40 maintenance requests in the 90 days that I lived there!! Many things were left still not fixed and what was "fixed" wasnt fixed correctly!! All of this while dealing with minimal communication from the office. Maintenance would attempt to make repairs but the office staff would refuse to order anything...it took 3 months to get doorknobs replaced because they were stripped to begin with and literally kept falling out of the door with normal use! The AC didn't maintain temp at all the whole time we lived there, bugs everywhere even though the exterminator came weekly, kitchen floor had to be replaced, floor guys came back twice before I moved to make repairs because it wasn't installed properly...there was a huge air bubble and in another area they didn't clean the subfloor properly and layed the vinyl over dirt. I could list many more things! Save your family by NOT moving to Newport Sound. The amount they tell you rent is and what they actually charge is NOT the same and upon move out they charged me thousands for extremely minor things. Oh and the neighborhood drama is out of control...my car got keyed because I parked in the "neighbors spot" even though there is no assigned parking... ABSOLUTE DISASTER! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Carlos the leader of Maintenance and team are the best! They are all so nice, they attend to work orders with ease and punctuality! I mean the response time is outstanding. I am a previous property manager and I always said the maintenance team is a huge part of the enjoyment of residents who live in the community and in turn high occupancy! I love living here and they are a big part of why!
