âââââ (3/5) My family and I have lived here for over a year and a half, so I wanted to leave an honest review based on our long-term experience. First, I want to say the office staff and maintenance team have been amazing. Every time weâve needed help theyâve been kind, professional, and quick to respond. Maintenance has always taken care of issues without giving us a hard time. The renewal process was simple, we appreciated receiving two months free rent when we renewed, and I liked that our rent didnât increase based on the lease term we selected. One thing that really stood out was Valentineâs Day when a few of the office ladies stood outside in the cold near the exit handing residents free breakfast bags as they left for work. It wasnât an event, just a thoughtful gesture that made residents feel appreciated. The biggest downside has been the amenities. When summer started the pool was closed for about 2-3 weeks. The office left the pool area unlocked so residents could still enjoy sitting outside, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after finally reopening, the pool only stayed open for about a week before closing again. The same thing also happened when we first moved in. Itâs frustrating not being able to enjoy one of the main amenities during the hottest part of the year. It would be nice if, when something like this happens, the community did something small for residents like free hot dogs or lemonade. The grills have also been an ongoing issue. From the beginning they either didnât work, barely worked, or only one partially worked. Residents often had to share a single grill just so everyone could cook. Now all of the grills have been down for quite some time. I also wish there were more amenities for families with children. The community has a dog park and pet washing station, which is great for pet owners, but nothing for kids. The only indoor amenity is the sports room, usually occupied by adults playing golf or hanging out. Even a small playground would make a huge difference. Trash has been another issue. We live in the building farthest from the trash area, so when pickups are delayed because of holidays or other reasons it can be several days before trash is collected. It would be nice if residents were given a little grace during those times instead of worrying about trash limits when pickups are backed up. Iâve also found chip bags, juice boxes, and even broken glass in front of my garage and porch multiple times. I know wind can carry trash, but broken glass shouldnât end up where residents park and walk. Another thing I noticed is the amount of sound that travels between floors. We dealt with excessive noise from upstairs neighbors for about three months after they moved in, including heavy stomping and furniture being dragged until around 3 AM almost every night. Apartment living comes with some noise, and I understand that. Thankfully, management took my concerns seriously and worked with me until things became much more manageable. I truly appreciate how they handled the situation. Maintenance also deserves credit for keeping the property clean. Whenever there have been spills, trash, or stains in the hallways theyâve cleaned them quickly. One suggestion would be to also clean around garage entrances where spider webs and mud dauber nests build up over time. Since residents pay extra for garages, it would be nice to include those areas in routine cleaning. Another thing I noticed is the office used to provide cups for the complimentary coffee, but now residents need to bring their own. Not a huge deal, but it was a nice perk while it lasted. Overall, we genuinely enjoy living here, which is why we renewed our lease. The management team, office staff, maintenance crew, and cleaning staff are the biggest reason for that. My hope is that ownership continues investing in the community by keeping the pool and grills operational, adding something for children, improving trash service, and continuing to maintain the property. Those improvements would easily make this a 5-star community.

I want to call out that the rating of this review is not regarding the leasing or maintenance staff. The leasing and maintenance teams were always professional, responsive, and pleasant to work with throughout my time here. Unfortunately, my carriage home has had a persistent musty/moldy odor that was present from move-in (leased unit prior to touring) and never improved to a level I was comfortable living with. While investigations did not identify a specific issue, the odor ultimately affected my experience enough that I chose to move out early. The leadership team was unable/unwilling to accommodate due to the reports claiming the living space was safe, though my request to review reports was denied. This review reflects only my personal experience with the apartment itself and not the staff, who were consistently helpful and courteous.
