I scheduled a tour online and no apartment available that’s similar to what I want. That was a waste of time. Then was told to call back to reschedule but no one ever picks up or can’t get through.

5 stars so far, from the start Eli was very professional, Eli has made the move in process smooth and easy. I asked to be moved in in one day and he made that happen, he even stayed late to make sure everything was complete so that I got my keys that night. Thank you Eli!!! The buildings are clean, well kept, and beautiful.

The trash chute system causes a strong garbage smell throughout the hallway. It’s not occasional — the odor is consistently noticeable and very unpleasant as soon as you step outside your unit. Additionally, cracks have already appeared in the ceiling despite the building being newly constructed. This raises concerns about the overall construction quality and maintenance standards. On top of that, the apartment floor is uneven, the water doesn’t provide consistent hot water, and when it rains, the entrance to the apartment floods. Also, they changed what was originally explained at move-in: now I’m being told I have to pay separately for parking.

Love the place and plan to be a new tenant soon once my job sorts itself out. Had a great tour and absolutely enjoyed myself and cant wait to be able to move in.

Ready to check out the new addition of apartments. Almost moved in to the other set, but wanted to wait and see the changes of this building first. Great location. And perfect for race fans….will update further once visited and or possibly moved in
