Such a great little condo! You can basically walk right out on the water from your condo. There are two pools and a great table/tanning area. There’s stairs to walk down on to the beach with a spray down station to get all the sand off of you. The beach is so clean and there is plenty of room for you to camp out for the day, throw a football or frisbee around or try to catch a wave in the water! Such a fun little spot with lots of food and attractions nearby. Saw a lot of marine life such as dolphins, pelicans, and other that this of tropical fish. You will not regret staying here.

Horrible experience since new manager has taken over. What once was a wonderful, welcoming stay is now a hastle and headache. New manager patrols the pool deck like a tyrant. Old elevators, outdated facilities...outrageous for the prices they are charging. New Smyrna is a beautiful beach... there are plenty of other places to spend your money. Do not recommend.

This a great condo with ocean views from every unit. It is clean and convenient access to the beach. There's three pools and tennis court, and friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our week here. First time in New Smyrna Beach. Access to the beach from the condo was very easy. We were down the week before Memorial day and it was very slow the whole week, but exactly what we were looking for. The condo complex seems to be from the 60s or 70s, but is very well maintained. The pools were very clean. We had a 2 bedroom condo on the south side of the complex and the views down the beach were amazing. Also, due to the sea turtles the area tries to keep ambient light low, so that means the star gazing off the balcony is also amazing!

We stayed here for vacation, the place was very clean. The rooms all have great views of the ocean. 2 pools, and direct access to the ocean which has white sand. New Smyrna is a very nice city with great beaches. I would recommend this place to rent or buy. It is a great location to have access to other cities in Florida.
