#203…BRING TOILET PAPER. Everything in this unit is beautiful and quality. However, we stayed for 2 nights, and there is only 1 roll of toilet paper, which is ridiculous for five people. Every place I’ve been to always have an extra role in the bathroom. BAD management

Unit 101 was not as described doors were off the closets, missing blinds, needs general up keep. We were 1.5 late check in due to the unit not being ready. No toilet paper, no detergent, no paper towels, etc. There are definitely nicer units at the complex. We paid a lot and did not get what we were told.

Ebb Tide #203: decor was lovely and condo was well equipped. On the downside, mattress in the 2nd bedroom was so badly broken down you could feel the springs. The most concerning issue was the pet policy. I was told it was pet friendly however when attempting to walk my dog on property I was met with prohibiting signs on most of the green space. I did find people were walking their pets just outside the pool gates on the embankment. I took my pet there only to be approached by a maintenance person telling me this was not allowed. He said kids play on this space, God help them if this is the case because the drop from this wall would be approximately 10-12 feet. I was told to take my pet out of the complex to the sidewalk on the very busy road. Can't see myself doing this at night. I did reach out to the management company, Great Ocean Condominiums, and was told they don't make the complex rules, my reply: you should have told me because had I known this I would have rented elsewhere. Today this same management company told me it was indeed in the Rules and Guidelines, NO surprise here, upon review I find they lied, it most definetly is not written anywhere in their guidelines..
