Bellair Condo

I lived at Bellair Condos for six years. I had a great time. The entire crew - from the front office to the maintenance workers - is top notch. I had a great view of the ocean, and the sunsets were out-of-this-world. The walls are on the thin side, so you can sometimes hear your neighbors, and if your unit is close to the street (mine was), then you'll hear a steady flow of traffic all day long, especially during Bike Week (March) and BiketoberFest (October). But I'm a teacher, I wear headphones a lot, so the noise wasn't a problem. Parking wasn't usually an issue, but if there was, you can always find a spot down the street. I always felt safe at Bellair and got a sense that people watched out for each other. Daytona Beach has been said to be "shady," but I never had any issues there. Grade: A -
