My mother has lived here for over 5 years and has had nothing but a wonderful experience. The property is well maintained and looks great all the time. The office staff is always helpful and maintenance always completes her work orders almost immediately. It is comforting to know that the staff genuinely cares about their residents and has customer service satisfaction at the top of their list. Thank you Ashton Point!

Had a showing scheduled for a week got there and asked me if I wanted to view a two bedroom when I was supposed to see a four bedroom and a three bedroom didn’t even have the decency to give me a call to let me know that the four bedroom had been leased or is unavailable to show at this time after driving 40 minutes out there trying to get a hold of them this morning with no answer. Just poor service completely an entirely sad to see rental companies going Down the black hole and bottomless pit of not knowing how to be companies anymore. Do not recommend non-communicative, non-knowledgeable, etc..
