As a new tenant, I recently experienced an issue with the apartment complex shortly after my move-in. I was very excited to begin this new chapter, but unfortunately, I encountered a miscommunication that left me feeling overwhelmed and uncertain because I struggled to find the assistance I needed. Despite that experience, I would like to recognize the Assistant Manager, Ms. Maria, for her exceptional support. She went above and beyond to help my family during a time when we were not receiving clear answers. She took the time to listen, provided reassurance, and worked diligently to find a solution. Her professionalism, compassion, and willingness to guide us through every step of the process made a significant difference. Even when I felt unheard, Ms. Maria remained supportive and ensured that our concerns were acknowledged and addressed. Her outstanding customer service and dedication deserve to be recognized, and I truly appreciate everything she has done for my family.Overall this place is a very wonderful place to move too in all honesty !!!

I've been living here for over a year, and honestly, my experience has been very disappointing. The leasing office almost never answers calls or emails, and when you need help or clarification, it's extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. The lack of courtesy and attention to residents is very frustrating. In addition, the amenities are constantly malfunctioning. The pool is often damaged or closed, and the gym is frequently shut down as well. It's disappointing to pay for a place with amenities that aren't consistently available. The most concerning issue is the lack of communication and organization. As a resident who always pays on time and fulfills my responsibilities, I expected much more professionalism and better service. I personally wouldn't recommend this complex to family or friends. There are much better options where they truly value and respect their residents.
