June 2026 update If you are considering Atlantic Preserve for your future home, I urge you to make a better choice. The office staff is insanely rude (especially Jasmin the property manager, and Tony the maintenance supervisor who doesn’t know much about maintenance). You will pay a $30 valet trash fee for inconsistent service, and when the service isn’t provided by the valet trash vendor, Jasmin will let you know that it is your responsibility to take care of it. The grounds are old, and same for the units. Get ready to put in service request after service request. And when they come to take care of it, they’ll say nothing is wrong until you video record the issue to prove to them something is indeed wrong. If you like retaliation from Jasmin after standing up for yourself and demanding you get the services you pay for or a credit to your account, then this is the place for you. Less than a week after complaining about the trash issue, they installed floodlights right outside of my daughter’s window. Picture attached for proof. This goes against city ordinances and the property is required to install shields as to not disturb residences. They will also leave a move out instruction sheet at your door letting you know that if they have to conduct “minor repairs” after you move out, you will be charged. Additionally if there are holes larger than a quarter, you will be charged MORE. Although Florida tenant laws allow small holes for picture/mirror hanging and normal wear and tear relevant to how long you’ve been living in the apartment. Luckily, I know my rights and made that known. Overall, it isn’t worth it to spend your hard earned money living here. I’m so happy I’m finally moving out and getting much more for my money right around the corner. Original review: This place has consistently gone downhill since new management took over in 2023. It seems as if they terminated all the previous maintenance personnel, who were attentive, helpful and prompt - and hired new techs who just ride around in golf carts all day. I’ve had maintenance requests pending since mid-November 2023 being told there is a backlog. I have other high priority tickets pending for over two weeks - my fridge, my washer and patio door needs replacing. As a mom of two, everything in my fridge is going bad because of the negligence of the inexperienced maintenance techs who seem to think fixing a fridge means resetting the cold settings. I called the office today for help and was told by two reps I will get a call back before the end of day…no call. I’ve been here for over 3 years, and the costs is absolutely not worth it anymore. I’m paying over $2600/mo for inconsistent “valet trash pickup” that has so many rules for what is eligible trash, squirrel and duck poop on all walkways, trash in walkways that groundskeepers don’t address EVER (I’ve seen a broken chair stay in the walk way for over 3 months before it finally disappeared), inattentive maintenance, shoddy work on supposed “upgrades” to my unit that needed repair and never was addressed. I’m counting down the days to my lease ending. It’s absolutely not worth it anymore and I do not recommend this community to anyone. Look elsewhere if you want your moneys worth.
