I posted a review to really guide you before you purchase here, I used another name for good reasons... I have lived at Rexmere Village for several years, and I feel a responsibility to share an honest warning for anyone considering buying here. While the area itself is quiet and visually pleasant, living under the current management is extremely stressful. Residents face frequent notices, ongoing fees, and constant maintenance demands that feel excessive, inconsistent, and financially draining. Over time, this creates anxiety instead of stability. Another important concern is the difficulty of selling a home here. Selling by owner can be very challenging, and many residents become discouraged after repeated obstacles. I have personally heard of owners who eventually felt pressured to give up and sell their homes back to Rexmere at a loss, only for the property to later be resold by them. I have also heard from other residents that even when an owner finds a buyer, approvals can be difficult, and potential buyers are often not approved. This makes it even harder for homeowners to move on. If I had known all of this before purchasing, I would not have chosen Rexmere Village again. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying here to research carefully, speak to multiple residents, and fully understand the management process—especially regarding fees, enforcement practices, and resale limitations—before committing. I am sharing this to help others make an informed decision.
