Palm Ranch Apartments

I was contacted on April 30th and told I needed to pick up a new key because my previous one had an expiration date. I made sure to arrive before the office closed at 6 PM, and I was assured the new key was already programmed and ready to use. Unfortunately, when I returned later that evening, the key did not work. I have now been locked out of my apartment for over 30 minutes waiting for maintenance to assist me. This situation is extremely frustrating and could have been avoided if the key had been properly checked before being issued. It’s unacceptable to notify residents of an urgent change like this on the same day, only for the replacement to fail. I expect better communication and follow-through in the future to prevent situations like this from happening again.

Been here for about a month already and I really love this place.

I'm very upset with this apartment community I rarely complain but enough is enough this place is over priced everything is old from the apartment units to the appliance even the gym equipment is falling apart this place needs a major upgrade security gate always broken rude maintenance workers.... AND THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IM DEALING WITH NOW IS MOLD IN MY UNIT MOLD HAS GOTTEN ALL OVER MY CLOTHES MY SHOES MY BED MY FURNITURE I HAD WATER LEAKS FLOOD MY UNIT FROM THE NEIRGHBORS UNIT THROUGH MY WALLS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT IM VERY UPSET AND WANT TO MOVE ASAP

I loved living there and brought 3 of my friends to live there and they loved it too!
