Lourdes gave me the warmth I was seeking when looking for my new home. I stopped by to tour & Lourdes was calm & very organized & extremely welcoming. The community is so clean & quiet. I was able to tour the unit & will definitely apply. Looking forward to moving into my new home.

Beautifully landscaped, serene property with nice amenities! As someone who has lived in many apartments and also worked in leasing, I really pay attention to the customer service piece. I enjoyed my tour with Lourdes. From the moment I walked in the door to when I left, she explained everything I needed to know about the property and apartment. I felt like she listened to me and tailored our conversation around my wants. Definitely a refreshing experience. Thanks Lourdes!

The primary issue with this complex is the complete lack of neighborly consideration regarding noise. Residents frequently slam heavy apartment doors throughout the day and night with little to no regard for those living around them. ​The apartments themselves are structural soundboards; because the construction lacks proper isolation, every single time a door is forcefully shut, it sends loud, heavy vibrations straight through neighboring units. It is a continuous daily disturbance, and achieving any sense of peace and quiet is nearly impossible when neighbors refuse to handle common property mindfully. ​Management has been entirely ineffective at enforcing basic community courtesy rules or addressing this behavioral issue. If you value a peaceful, stable living environment, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I am incredibly impressed with these apartments. They have made my transition from Texas to Florida seamless, and that is all thanks to the Resident Experience Consultant Lourdes. Lourdes has gone above and beyond, making sure I am taken care of and that all of my questions are answered. If you are looking to rent here, definitely ask for her she is AMAZING. I couldn’t be happier

Last weekend I toured with Tiara Lyons and she was amazing. My daughters and I were super impressed with how much the property serves our lifestyle. She showed us everything that we could take advantage of to help us enjoy our living. Thank you Tiara and we will be applying for our new home!
