Vista Lago Apartments

Having resided at Vista Lago with my husband now for almost ten years, we have certainly experienced our fair share of concerns over the years through our transitions of management. But we finally feel a sense of relief with having our confidence restored through our new team leaders, Jonathan, Jackson and Rick who oversees Maintenance. Together, with their staff, have been going out of their way to try and turn things around for the betterment of our community and our residents. We are genuinely grateful for all their support & continuous dedication. Thank you, all! 🙏🏻☺️

Nice enough place, BUT, the gates are constantly being smashed by people running them. There is trash scattered about that doesn't get picked up for days or weeks. The trash compactor has a huge pile of trash in front of it almost every weekend. Doggie stations are left to overflow often. And then there's all the life safety issues due to poor property maintenance. Too many to list, but the safety lockout on the trash compactor being purposefully bypassed is a big one! I think the place should be kept nicer given the price.

The stairways and halls always dirrty. Gym equipment always broken. One treadmill incline hasn't worked in 2 years. Tv's in rec room never work properly. To much trash around and not only at the dumpster area
