Students generally find this to be a welcoming and well-located community, offering good value for money with its ongoing renovations, spacious layouts, and proximity to local parks and major roads. While the apartments are being updated with new appliances and modern interiors, some residents have noted occasional issues with older HVAC systems and sound insulation between units.

Getting an apartment here was smooth! I appreciate all the assistance Keylee provided. She was patient and helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend moving here.

Both Ryan and Keylee made the touring journey such a breeze. I originally had one scheduled on Friday, but I showed up Thursday and they were more than welcoming and showed me early. I was able to see 2 of their newly renovated 2bed/2bath apartments. Brand new appliances (that all worked… i always try them), modernized interior, and a very spacious layout. The community was calm and and cleanly. There were workers actively landscaping for the short time i was there. The pool and gym left a little to be desired. The gym was mentioned as a part of the coming renovation plan. Seems like a great place to secure now before it’s fully done and its prices increase. Make sure you ask for either ryan or keylee. they are amazing people and very straightforward with the housing info.

Village Crossings is a nice and great place to live if you want to lease an apartment. Mr. Ryan and Mrs. Keylee are very nice and good people that are willing to work, help, and get you right. Even though they are the only two people that are there, but they are working hard to provide excellent customer service to customers. Even though they are rentivating the apartments and it under construction right now, I recommend Village Crossings as a great place to rent an apartment.

The community is clean, quiet, and feels like home. Ryan and Keylee are awesome — super friendly, quick to help, and they genuinely care. The maintenance team is great too — always nice and fast to respond. While I was there, my building got a new roof + hurricane-impact windows and balcony doors, which was great. The apartments are due for some much-needed renovations, but I know that’s in the works. My move-out process was smooth, and I got my deposit back quickly. Overall, it’s a great place to live and will only get better after the updates!

Pros: — Ryan, the property manager, and the maintenance staff are the best! Very helpful, kind, and responsive. - Nice area. Beautiful trees around the property and there is a little lake behind the apartments, which is a perfect place to go for a walk or run. I saw lots of cool animals on my walks. - Access to local parks. - Close to i95 (great if you commute to work). - Rent price Cons: - My HVAC unit had not been replaced in a few decades. Had some health concerns related to that (seemed to be mold-related), but they were quick to replace it when I told them about it. They didn’t clean the AC vents though, unfortunately. - Had to get a dehumidifier for the unit because the humidity was always high. - Litter & pet poo (management sends a lot of notifications to try to mitigate this issue, but some residents just don’t seem to care) - Can hear neighbors through the walls - Some residents park in the handicap spots without a permit. My 81 year old grandad always struggled to get a spot when he visited. - I was charged $125 for the oven cleaning after moving out, which was dirty before I moved in. I should’ve taken photos, so that one’s on me. Lived there for over a year and an half. Overall, the experience was okay.
