I’ve had such a great experience living here, and honestly, Dauby Talles, the concierge manager, is absolute gold! She is exceptionally helpful, so kind, and always goes out of her way to organize all my packages so it's super easy for me to pick them up. She is so empathetic to my needs as a tenant and is always incredibly informative. She genuinely makes living here so much better!

Very bad recommendation, they smoke marijuana all day, the hallways smell like dog, the elevators are constantly covered in urine, and worst of all, nobody says anything.

Passive aggressive night front desk person. This was supposed to be an upscale apartment building. Pathetic.

Whomever, they have over their parking system needs to be fired. They are charging $50-$90 for parking outside of their building. The economy is horrible right now they should not be charging that much for 15 minutes if you failed to register parking on time or even if you’ve failed to register at alll $50 for 15 minutes is ridiculous $90 for 15 minutes is unacceptable. you have an whole restaurant attached to your buliding! of course the parking will be limited but 50-90 NO way

Jennifer was really helpful. She showed us a few apartments and took her time explaining everything. She was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process, which made things a lot easier for us. We’re really happy living here. The building is always very clean, and the front desk staff is consistently, friendly, and welcoming. I 100% recommend this place.
