University Pointe

Easily the absolute worst living experience any can have. The parking policy in itself should be enough to deter someone from living here. Imagine living in the first floor and wanting to grab something from your room and by the time you come out your car gets booted. Insane money grab considering that half of the people that live here are students and getting your car booted is just a huge inconvenience and the guest only get 6 days out the month. My ac would constantly leak and I was calling someone to fix it a least once a semester. Stay so far away from here.

Parking is absolutely terrible in this place! Signs everywhere and lanes are super skinny. If you value your car, avoid this place.

Mold that never got resolved Parking situation is absurd Maintence barged into apartment unannounced servers times without knocking just walked in, WiFi took a year and a half to have an actual solution get fixed, overpriced. Towed students and students friends / family. 6 days a month for guests to stay is not enough.
