University Park

Visited my friend here. Very nice overall and the apartment was comfortable. Not sure why there is reviews about roaches most likely did not clean as there was not roaches running around anywhere while visiting (also it is Florida roaches are given). The office staff was very nice and offered great deals to sign in which ill be roomies with my friend who currently lives there. Don't trust these reviews as they most likely are the same person. As they are all the same.

Such amazing staff, they are so kind!! Especially Trenise and Zach, they both always have a smile on their faces when I visit the office. It is such a beautiful property with amazing amenities. I would recommend this place if you want good vibes, luxury style rooms, and to feel welcomed!

Absolutely love this property! Staff is incredibly kind and will go the extra mile for any questions or concerns you may have and management gets this done asap! Trenise, the property manager, is always such a breath of fresh air and quick on her feet! Always in a great mood and ready to get a move on. University Park always has a great vibe and the overall staff play a huge roll in my love for living here!

University Park has a really nice community atmosphere and is in a convenient location close to FAU and everything around Boca. The amenities like the pool, gym, and study areas are great for students, and there are usually community events going on. The apartments are modern and fully furnished, which makes moving in easy. Overall, it’s a solid place for student living and meeting new people.

I lived here for 1 year and half and total stressfull time. it was a very frustrating experience. they have strict policies for everything pretty annoying. I moved to a dirty apartment, the living room was dirty and messy (my room was clean), there was a big hole in the wall the entire time I was living there I asked them to fix that and they didn't, so much garbage stuff left over from previous tenants I had to throw them away by myself. there was also a deafening alarm going on there for no reason once in a while! It's super expensive but you don't get what you pay for. I had to pay so much for the electricity bill. don't be fooled by the lobby and pool area , the apartments are not that beautiful. the beds are tall you need to climb up to go to bed. rooms are super small. I moved out as soon as I could. wasted so much money there.
