If you’re considering moving here, do yourself a favor and choose literally any other apartment complex. The biggest issue is management and maintenance. Our A/C went out during the middle of summer, and despite repeated requests, it took days for anyone to address it while the apartment reached dangerously high temperatures. Maintenance requests often feel like they’re treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority. The property also has ongoing issues that never seem to get properly resolved. We’ve dealt with roaches, termite damage, and other maintenance concerns that either take forever to address or are ignored entirely. Parking and security are another constant headache. Vehicles are regularly being booted, and security seems far more focused on monitoring residents than actually improving the community. Expect to be questioned or bothered for simply being outside near your own vehicle. It creates an environment where residents feel watched instead of supported. For the amount of money people pay to live here, the level of service and responsiveness is unacceptable. A good apartment community should make life easier, not create additional stress every time something breaks or you step outside. There are too many other options in the area to settle for this place. Save yourself the frustration, save yourself the maintenance headaches, and rent somewhere else.

I have a list of problems I could make about this place but the most important one right now is the fact that I have been calling the emergency maintenance line since 330 this evening. It is now 10 o’clock at night. My AC has been out all day it is 90° in my apartment and no one has came to help even though I have called nonstop asking when they’re sending someone out I honestly wish I Never moved here.

It says a lot about a place when they partner with a parking enforcement company that operates off what feels like a single cellphone. The system funnels residents into paying first and asking questions later, and the property covers itself with bold “we are not responsible” language everywhere. That reads like awareness, not accountability. This is the second time my car has been booted here. The first time, I was told my registration was not processed correctly on their end. This time, my parking registration was rejected because my lease name does not match my vehicle registration due to an active legal name change, which the office knew about when I moved in. I received no email or notice of the rejection. I found out on December 24, 2025 (Christmas Eve) when my car was booted and I had to pay to have it removed. I cannot reliably park where I live, even though I pay rent. And the problems are not just parking. I moved into a unit that smelled strongly like cat urine. It took industrial filters to reduce it, including one I paid for (over $120), and it still lingers. I have also dealt with unreliable hot water, inconsistent A/C and power, and outlets that do not work properly (some require wiggling, which feels unsafe). Tossing gift cards at residents after the fact does not fix the underlying issues. From parking to electrical, this place has been heartbreaking. I am beyond sad. This place was supposed to feel like HOME. ----------------- I wish I had a more positive update. It is July 24, and my apartment has remained above 90 degrees for hours due to a nonfunctioning air-conditioning system. Despite repeated calls, I have received no assistance, no meaningful update, and no visit from maintenance. I pay my rent in full and on time each month, and I believe residents should be able to expect the same level of urgency and accountability when serious maintenance and safety concerns arise. If a tenant faces consequences for being late with rent, there should also be accountability when Tivoli fails to respond to an urgent issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tivoli to anyone seeking safe living conditions.
