The Stellar at Emerald Hills

Love living here!!! Update: I no longer live at The Stellar and I can genuinely say I miss it so much. My experience here, from beginning to end, was incredible. The staff always went above and beyond. I want to give a shoutout to Michelle, who is truly wonderful and is always so kind, helpful, and caring. She’s one of those people who really adds to what makes this place so special. I still love coming back to visit whenever I can. There really is no place like The Stellar in all of South Florida! ❤️

My husband and I just had a tour of the property with Michal. She was wonderful, wonderful location.

I loved living here when it was ran by Tiffany and Arijana. I lived here for 16 months. Arijana left and they got rid of Tiffany for some reason (this was already closer to the end of my lease). The second they replaced Tiffany with an old tenant the whole place went down hill. Michelle is evil. Melissa, the manager is out of sight and doesn’t do anything. The two of them are careless and heartless people. Michelle forced us to turn in a notice to vacate knowing that we missed the 60 day deadline. The least states that you have to turn a notice to vacate 60 days before your move out date. If you don’t, it automatically goes to month-to-month rent. My husband and I would’ve done month to month but Michelle forced me every day harassing me to turn in my notice. Because she kept telling me, I obviously assumed I was still in the 60 day window and wouldn’t be losing over $3k, so I turned in my notice. My husband and I were perfect tenants. I turned in the notice 38 days instead of 60 days and they were able to rent out the apartment right away. The policy is obviously there because Bryten are money hungry disgusting people. And on top of it, They’re trying to charge me $300 extra. I sent it to collections because I am not giving them any more of my hard earned money. My husband and I were waiting for that 3K to use towards our month rent and they took it all because of Michelle. Not only that all of the tenants that have been living there for years suddenly want to leave because Michelle and Melissa have made it so miserable to live there. My money is sadly gone, but take this as a huge warning. Stay far away

The management here has been amazing, Michal and Melissa have always take care of everything and made sure everything has been in order, god bless them!
