One of the most unprofessional leasing experiences I’ve had—especially at this price point. The building is advertising rentals while restricting access to nearly everything you’re expected to pay for. I was told I couldn’t open doors, couldn’t see the pool (because I could “see it from the balcony”), and couldn’t view the gym because I’m “not a resident.” Expecting someone to commit $8K–$10K/month under those conditions is absurd. The staff was equally disappointing—defensive, disorganized, and at times confrontational. I was actually criticized for wanting to see the gym equipment, and my realtor had to step in just to make that happen. At one point I was told I took “too long,” while basic access coordination wasn’t even being handled properly. Simple questions about lease terms were brushed off with vague, dismissive answers. For a building positioning itself as luxury, the experience felt anything but. Poorly managed, unnecessarily hostile, and not remotely aligned with the standards this market offers elsewhere. Would not recommend.
